RETURN POLICY
All made-to-order pieces and one-off-pieces are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Ayesha Nicholson Black aims to create high-quality pieces, made from carefully considered materials. In the case that there is something wrong with the product you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us.
TURN AROUND TIME
The lead time for made to order jewellery pieces is 4-6 weeks. If for any reason we are not able to meet this timeframe, we will be in touch with you directly. If you require anything sooner, contact us as we may be able to prioritise your order.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within Australia, via Australia Post. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.
